Our Objectives

Stars Hockey, as one of the nation’s premier girls′ hockey programs, seeks to attract and develop student athletes who can successfully compete at the National level.

We are focused on three critical outcomes for our girls:

• Developing world-class hockey and leadership skills
• Competing with passion, teamwork and character
• Succeeding as players, students and individuals

Stars Hockey embodies the following values:

• Commitment: Our players often start with the Stars at an early age. We are committed to their growth and development. They stay connected with us long after they leave our programs because the Stars experience is fulfilling and builds loyalty.
• Dedication: Our coaches are experienced and dedicated to player development and competitiveness. They are teachers and role models, and they love the game of hockey. Our girls respond to this example with hard work and passion, and they have fun.
• Excellence: Our teams seek to win National championships. Our players aim to be recognized by top academic institutions for their athletic and academic achievements. We celebrate both.

Our Founder, Moe Tarrant, has a passion for hockey and the success of his players, which is unique and contagious. Moe says it best:
